777xpr Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777xpr platform available at 777xpr.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "777xpr", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the 777xpr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the 777xpr platform in any capacity.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Where the context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777xpr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is not subject to exception.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person and not as a legal entity, corporate body, or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777xpr or any responsible gaming programme to which 777xpr is a party.
• You have not previously had a 777xpr account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to understand your local legal position before registering.

Each eligible person may hold only one active 777xpr account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, identity document, device, or IP address — are prohibited. 777xpr reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to retain any balance in duplicate accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details required for identity verification. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777xpr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 777xpr immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected security breach, or loss of your login credentials. 777xpr will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred prior to you reporting a security concern.

All activity conducted through your 777xpr account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is binding upon you, unless you have reported a security breach to 777xpr before that activity took place.

777xpr recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, available via Account Settings. Players who use shared devices — common in household settings across Pakistan — are strongly advised to log out after every session and to not save passwords on shared browsers.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 777xpr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 777xpr does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or methods not listed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of your transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 777xpr reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and age verification. Players who have not completed the full verification process may have withdrawal requests held pending satisfactory document submission. 777xpr aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one business hour during standard operating hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party banking timelines.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, or to a verified account registered in the player's name. 777xpr does not process cash withdrawals.

In the event that a player initiates a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or mobile payment provider in connection with any 777xpr deposit, 777xpr reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and pursue recovery of any withdrawn winnings.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777xpr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777xpr promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must be used solely for wagering on eligible games and markets on the 777xpr platform.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds and to any winnings generated from the use of bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Specific games, bet types, or markets may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution — this information is provided in the individual promotion terms.
• Promotions may have expiry periods, after which uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining bonus balances will be forfeited without compensation.
• 777xpr reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from any player at any time where it suspects the offer is being abused, exploited, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Terms specific to repeat and existing player promotions are published within the Promotions section of the Platform.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 777xpr — whether on sports events including cricket and UFC, or on casino games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, and slots — are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market as displayed on the Platform at the time of the bet.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game or bet, 777xpr's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of any wager. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error that is demonstrably caused by the Platform, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account at 777xpr's discretion.

Bets are confirmed only when accepted by the 777xpr system and a confirmation reference is generated. Pending bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on either party. 777xpr reserves the right to refuse or void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event has commenced or concluded, regardless of the display state of the betting interface at the time.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly the result of a system error or a manifest pricing mistake.
• Evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or inside information is associated with the relevant market.
• The bet would breach applicable regulatory requirements or internal risk management thresholds.

Live betting markets at 777xpr — including in-play cricket markets covering PSL and international fixtures — may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension at confirmed odds remain valid.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 777xpr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and potential legal action:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
2. Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games including Teen Patti and poker variants.
3. Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, automated betting systems, screen scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform other than a standard personal web browser.
4. Exploitation of technical errors — knowingly wagering during or after a technical error produces incorrect odds, payout rates, or game outcomes outside normal parameters.
5. Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment reversal or chargeback against a deposit made to your 777xpr account after using the deposited funds for wagering.
6. Money laundering — using the 777xpr platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 777xpr is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.
7. Multi-accounting — registering or using more than one account on 777xpr, whether under your own identity or that of another person.

9 Responsible Gaming

777xpr is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available within every player's account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

You are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. Past results do not predict future outcomes. 777xpr games are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income.

Where 777xpr identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling, it reserves the right to proactively apply account restrictions, issue responsible gaming prompts, or contact the player directly. Such measures are taken in the interest of player welfare and do not constitute a waiver of any rights under these terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xpr platform — including but not limited to the 777xpr brand name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, website design, text, images, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xpr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 777xpr content without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 777xpr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xpr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777xpr does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond 777xpr's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, 777xpr's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777xpr account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xpr holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of 777xpr, you are requested to contact our customer support team via live chat in the first instance. 777xpr is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. The majority of player concerns — including payment queries, bonus disputes, and account access issues — are resolved at the first contact level.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 777xpr support team, escalation procedures as defined under 777xpr's licensing framework are available. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided to the player in writing upon request.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777xpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777xpr will endeavour to notify registered players via a notice displayed upon login or via the email address / mobile number associated with the player's account, subject to a reasonable notice period where circumstances permit.

Continued use of the 777xpr platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 777xpr support.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions was published. Players are advised to review this page periodically.
